Charles Levy has been involved with Niles Township Government since he became a Trustee in 1979. He was then elected Clerk for the first time in 1989 and has since then served in that capacity. A 40 year resident of Lincolnwood, he is Vice President of the Township Officials of Cook County Clerks’ Division as well as first Vice President of the Clerks’ Division of Township Officials of Illinois and is a member, past President and presenter of the IL Township Attorneys’ Association. He has been a practicing attorney for over 50 years. Clerk Levy was a trustee for the Lincolnwood School Board #74 prior to being elected a township official and is an active member of the Lincolnwood Jewish Congregation.
